Exposed beams add character to the double-height living space, while the romantic ground-floor master bedroom and a cosy twin tucked beneath the eaves offer an inviting layout for a couple or small family. The terraces off the master bedroom and living area provide generous space for peaceful reading, relaxed meals and quiet moments surrounded by the sweet scents of jasmine, bougainvillea, rosemary and oleander. A beautifully positioned pool sits at the heart of the villa’s outdoor living, offering privacy and sweeping sea views.

The sparkling coastline below is irresistible, with the intimate pebble coves of Climati and Kremidi only a short drive away, ideal for snorkelling, sunbathing or an evening dip. Alykes offers a sandy alternative with family-friendly facilities, and nearby tavernas, a minimarket and the traditional harbour of Agios Nikolaos provide plenty of local flavour. This 2-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–4) features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area on the ground floor with sliding doors to the terrace. The compact, country-style kitchen includes a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The master double bedroom (160cm bed) has an en-suite shower room with WC. Upstairs, the twin bedroom (90cm beds) has a sloping ceiling and a large porthole window, served by a separate shower room with WC.
