Toscana villa is situated in Varres area, just 5 mins away by car from the vibrant town centre of Zakynthos and the popular Tsilivi beach resort (with one of the best sandy beaches of the island). Whether you prefer to relax by the pool in absolute privacy or explore the island from a perfect starting point, our villa is an ideal option!

Our villa measures 80 square meters and features two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single ones), as well as a double sofa-bed and a folding guest bed in the living room.
There is also a kitchen (which is fully equipped and ready to Use), as well as a furnished balcony.
There are two bathrooms in total: one with a bathtub and an additional bathroom with a shower.

The villa and facilities are available for the exclusive use of our guests.

We totally respect our guests’ privacy. That being said, we will be available for assistance 24/7 and always willing to give you any information, hints and tips about Zakynthos. On arrival, we will explain some important house tips to you and listen to any questions you may have.

Toscana Villas is located in the area of Varres, a lovely location near the capital of Zakynthos Island and the popular tourist resort of Tsilivi. Zakynthos Town has everything an island capital can offer, such as traditional neighborhoods, picturesque monuments, restaurants, taverns, bars and many more. Moreover, the Tsilivi resort offers a beautiful organized beach, complete with beach bars, sunbeds and many activities to participate in (such as watersports)!

Public transport is generally not good in Zakynthos, so it is absolutely recommended to rent a car/scooter/quad (at least for a few days during your stay). This will enable you to fully explore the best spots of the island.

A car rental can be arranged for you and have it delivered either at the airport or the villa for your convenience.

Free parking is available at the villa.

"flexible" Check-in/-out time: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 3pm. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
