Set in Xigia, Villa Stephania has one of  Zakynthos' most popular beaches on its doorstep, its crystal clear waters are mesmerising. Villa Stephania is a little piece of paradise with a slice of authentic Greece and ultra-luxe additions. 
Enter through large sliding gates to a three-bedroom villa, where the large, natural stone walls topped with a terracotta tiled roof are reminiscent of old. The pool and terrace really do steal the show; an inviting, turquoise lap pool rests in a light-coloured deck, complete with plenty of sun loungers and an awesome cabana, shrouded in white fabric - imagine taking an afternoon snooze in that! 
No interrupted views here, as a clear glass border fringes the entire front of the property, awarding you with panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.
The lounge indoors features cosy, curved sofas and a flat screen TV. The contemporary kitchen is a contrasting mix of sleek, black cupboards and red ceramic tiles. All three bedrooms feature double beds with cheery fuchsia throws and cushions, two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bathtub, whilst the third room features a small ensuite shower room. Two of the bedroom’s glass doors open out onto that gorgeous view. What a way to wake up every day!

For larger bookings, Villa Stephania, is ideally situated on same plot as its sister properties, Orient villa & Villa Amphitrite. This provides the option for those looking to accommodate more guests while maintaining privacy and independence or multi family or group holidays.

Xigia is based on the north eastern coast and is famed for its collagen enriched beach. The water in the bay is a milky mixture of sulphur and collagen, so take a therapeutic dip and you might discover the elixir of youth!
