A 10 minute downhill stroll or 5 minutes' drive will take you to the bustling resort centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Plus, the beautiful sandy beach, lined with restaurants and bars, is located a further 5-10 minutes' walk away. Back at the villa you'll find bright and contemporary interiors, your own private pool and lovely sea views from the first floor balcony. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Varenna Maris is a detached property located in an olive grove above Tsilivi. The resort centre can be easily reached within a 10 minute walk or short drive down the hill. Here you'll find a host of restaurants, bars and shops as well as Fantasy Mini Golf and a waterpark, plenty to keep the whole family entertained. 20 minutes' downhill walk from your villa you'll find the long sandy beach lined with restaurants and lots of watersports on offer.
