Villa Venia is a wonderful luxurious villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is built on a 17-acre plot of land for maximum quiet and privacy.

The villa measures 100 square meters, accommodating up to 4+2 guests. Villa Venia features two bedrooms; one is a master bedroom, equipped with two single beds that can be joined into one king sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. The cleverly designed and arranged living room is combined with the dining area and the modern kitchen, and there is also an additional common bathroom with a shower, as well as a double sofa bed.

The villa is bound to cover all your needs, it is fully renovated and modernly furnished, and the outdoors features a spectacular swimming pool, as well as a furnished patio and a built BBQ.

As a special service, the guests have the oppurtunity to arrange a private chef or to get fresh homemade food delivered to the villa easily through an application!

In addition, the villa’s owners run the famous Ark Bar in the nearby tourist resort of Tsilivi and one of the biggest and oldest wineries on the island, Callinico Wines, producing more than 15 different wine varieties.

Amazing Villa with a wonderful view

Very comfortable villa with good pool and lots of different seating/eating areas. The owners were wonderful hosts & gave us great recommendations on bakeries, shops and where to eat. Close to amenities but just far enough away to be able to enjoy the peace and space of the olive groves. Cannot recommend highly enough - fabulous place!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus entspricht in allen Teilen der Beschreibung. Es ist perfekt gelegen, um einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Vom Flughafen sind es nur ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alle Zimmer sind liebevoll dekoriert. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Unsere äußerst sympathische Gastgeberin hatte alles besorgt, was man für den ersten Abend benötigt, und des Weiteren hatte sie uns sehr viel Obst mitgebracht. Wir hätten also gar nicht vorher einkaufen müssen. Vielen Dank dafür liebe Athina. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und in der Nacht ist es vollkommen ruhig. Von der nach Norden gelegenen Terrasse ist die Aussicht wunderbar. Hier gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzecke, die für heiße Tage ideal ist. Es gibt ferner viele Sitzgelegenheiten, um zu jeder Tageszeit die Sonne zu genießen. Wir buchen schon seit Jahren Ferienhäuser und dieses Haus übertrifft alles, was wir bisher gesehen haben. Einen herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin, dass wir einen so schönen Urlaub in ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Für alle, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und trotzdem Ausgeh- und Einkaufsmöglichkeinen in der Nähe haben möchten ist das Haus perfekt gelegen. 100% ige Empfehlung.
