Beach House in Zandvoort with Sea View

This unique, detached beach house is part of the Beach Houses Zandvoort resort, situated directly on the beach and just 1.5 km from the town centre.

The ground-floor beach studio is modernly furnished with a double bed, a sitting area, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a walk-in shower. Air conditioning provides comfort during warm months and can also be used for heating.

Parking is not available on-site, but you can find public parking for a fee. It's recommended to use parking lots or garages on the outskirts due to high fees near the beach and town centre. Zandvoort is accessible by public transport; from the station, bus line 81 or 84 take you to the "Circuit" stop, followed by a short walk to the beach.

At Resort Beach Houses Zandvoort, you can book three types of beach houses accommodating two to four people.

- From 25–28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park, so it may be busier than usual. A €400 deposit applies for 4-person accommodations and €700 for those with more than 4 people. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you don’t attend the festival. Please ensure your IBAN is entered under “My Details” for the refund after your stay.
