We booked this hotel on Christmas night wanting to take our kids swimming- turns out, the pool was closed for maintenance ! There was no notification of that until we checked in, and this was NOT the cheapest hotel. Additionally, one of the elevators was broken and the ice machine on our floor (floor 3) was broken. I did still give 3 stars because the toiletries were great, room was clean, and the breakfast options were plentiful. I don’t think we would stay here again though due to all of the disrepair.
