Zimmer heruntergekommen mit defektem Mobiliar, Löchern in Wänden, aber sauber geputzt. Co-Manager überfordert, nicht verlässlich, Managerin am Montag dann freundlich, verständig, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksraum mit defekten Tischen, mit heissem Kaffee auf mich gekippt. Angestellte bei Frühstück und Reinigung tiptop!
