Room was clean… staff was nice…. Convenient location close to restaurants in the stores were about a 10 minute drive very nice location. Looking forward to staying there again the next time I come down to Zanesville.

A lot of noise in middle of night. Room close to stairwell and door opened and closed multiple times around 1-2am. Old/outdated rooms but pretty clean. Bed comfortable.

The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. The cleaning staff does their best. This is difficult. The coffee makers - we tried 3 do not work- the coffee is full of grinds. The breakfast is very limited. There seems to be no sound proofing between rooms, In the back the trains pass all night and in the front the traffic noise is disruptive. The rooms are large and spacious.

Room was really clean, smelled amazing every time you walk in the hotel the people were really nice, no cost to me when I lost one the key cards. The heat and air conditioning worked great it might be in town and by tracks but hardly really was bothered by any of that kind of noise much. It was close to food and they gave me a free appetizer card for Texas Roadhouse and free WiFi it was honestly a great stay I’ll stay here again I stayed 7 nights too

Someone left there colored washcloth in the shower which tells me the shower wasn’t cleaned in between room rentals. Air conditioner would not work unless it was set on 62. Other than that good stay.

Lady who checked me in was very cordial and sweet. Room was on the back side of hotel, very loud train traffic all evening and into early morning. Room was clean. Bathroom, where tub and toilet are, had lots of hair on the floor. Bathtub had the interior lining coming off of the sides. Like paint peeling. Lots of surrounding restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.
