Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Zederhaus, in a quiet position in the residential district, in the countryside. Private: small garden with lawn and flowers. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 2.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Königbauerweg" 30 m. Tennis 2 km, riding stable 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 16 km, ski bus stop 1 km, sled run, cross country ski track 600 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Mühlenweg Zederhaus 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Großeck - Speiereck 16 km, Katschberg, Flachauwinkel 20 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Riedingtal & Schlierersee 6 km, niedere Tauern, Ankogelgruppe. Please note: the owner has a dog.
