Geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmer

Sehr gute Betten, 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, grosse Küche mit grossem TV Bildschirm, gedeckter grosser Balkon, ruhige Lage, 2 PW Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Wifi, Mikrowelle und Toaster.

Degelijk appartement op goede locatie

Simpel appartement. Degelijke kamers met fijne bedden. Huismeester was goed te bereiken en alles was in orde en geregeld toen we aankwamen. De locatie is top. Ideaal appartement als je de hele dag op de berg wilt knallen!

Es könnte so schön sein...

Bereits vor Anfang des Urlaubs hatte ich ein ungutes Gefühl. Die Unterlagen, die ich via E-Mail von der Hausverwaltung bekam, waren auf einen anderen Namen ausgestellt. ... Weiters konnte ich niemanden von der Hausverwaltung erreichen (SMS, Anruf) als wir kein Warmwasser hatten - bis heute keinen Rückruf. Gut, dass mein Vater dabei war und wir die Ursache fanden. Sauber ist es auch nicht gewesen, viele Spinnweben und Staub.

ładne, duże i przestronne apartamenty. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Świetnie zlokalizowane pomiędzy Zell am See a Kaprun. Super miejsca na pobyt z psem, w około wiele miejsc do spacerów.

Dość dobra lokalizacja

Lokalizacja apartamentu dobra jeśli ktoś chce jeździć na nartach w Zell am See. Gorszy dojazd do Kaprun. Wyposażenie apartamentu w miarę nowe choć proste. Dwa dokuczliwe problemy: niedziałający internet i popsuty grzejnik w salonie/kuchni. Żadnego obsługa nie rozwiązała, nawet się nie starali.

Dobrý den, ubytování se nám líbilo, již jsme v tomto apartmánu byli po několikáté, tak máme srovnání. Měla bych pár připomínek. 1) Máme třídit odpad, ale v apartmánu žádné tašky nebo pytle na třídění nejsou (dříve byly) 2) Do všech pokojů se dali manželské postele, ale ne všichni jsou manželé a chtějí spát vedle sebe 3) V kuchyni chybí větší hrnečky na čaj nebo kávu 4) V pokoji jsme měli pouze šatní skříň s ramínky bez polic Jinak vše v pořádku.

Pos. : super Skikeller, super Betten, ausreichend Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle .... negativ: Total ungemütliches Licht ( Kellerstrahler) in der Küche ( = einziger gemeinsamer Aufenthaltsraum der Wohnung ) Kühlschranktür stößt ständig an Lampe, nicht sitzender Toilettenring, nicht feststellbarer Duschkopf, Skibushaltestelle in 50 m wie in der Beschreibung steht gar nicht vorhanden !! Preisleistungs-verhältniss stimmt nicht überein. Keinerlei Infos in der Wohnung über Skigebiete ...

Prima appartement

Het appartement had 4 mooie tweepersoons slaapkamers en 2 prima badkamers met douche en toilet. Woonkeuken is wat klein maar was voor ons met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen geen probleem!!
