Welcome to our lovingly furnished mountain farmhouse in Zellberg, in the beautiful Zillertal! Our chalet offers around 120 m² of space for up to 6 guests, combining traditional charm with modern comfort.



Comfortable Living



Three rustic bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensure restful nights. One bedroom has direct access to the balcony. The heart of the house is the cozy pine wood lounge with a heated tiled stove in winter, a large seating area, and a bench by the oven—perfect for spending time together and relaxing.



The private kitchen is fully equipped with a traditional wood stove for heating, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, small freezer, and pantry. The bathroom features a shower and bathtub, plus a separate toilet. WLAN, TV, baby cot, and high chair add extra comfort.



Nature & Leisure



In the garden, an old cherry tree invites you to relax on warm days. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views of the Zillertal Alps from the balcony or while grilling on the terrace.



Hiking trails start right at the house, leading to the Talbach waterfall or along the Holzweg on Zellberg. Adventurous guests can try the climbing route or explore the Ziller promenade by bike. In winter, the nearby Zillertal Arena offers skiing and snowboarding. The leisure park has ice skating, tennis, mini golf, and an outdoor pool.



Parking is available directly at the house. A ski room with ski boot dryer is also at your disposal.
