When you arrive, you’ll be happy to know you’re not going to climb any stairs to get in. The two-car garage offers you straight access into the mud room off the kitchen. Enjoy the cozy fireplace while watching a movie or streaming a show in the main living room just off the dining room.

The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level with virtually no stairs to worry about. While the younger groups will enjoy the freedom of the lower level as it offers two more bedrooms and another full bathroom as well as a game room / bunk bedroom combo. Perfect for the multi family or friend groups that enjoy their own space. After a long day at the mountain, kick back and relax in our large 8 x 8 hot tub right on the massive deck for your gathering.

For those of you who like to keep your business in check while taking that needed break, you’ll be happy to know there’s high speed Internet and Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, a printer if needed.

In the Winter, you’ll find some great sledding spots close to the home for the kids to enjoy and just a ten-minute drive over to Heavenly Ski Resorts gondola near the casinos at Stateline. In the Summer, you can take a short walk over to the Zephyr Cove beach & Marina where you’ll be able to take a journey out on the M.S Dixie cruise or even rent your own boat or personal watercraft. If hiking is your focus, there’s plenty of forest trails nearby including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail featuring over 165 miles of hiking with amazing vistas, alpine lakes, and meadow creeks to see.
