Very beautiful apartment house "Luchre", 3 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten 1.1 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (90 steps) to the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 850 m, restaurant, bakery 400 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 65 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 65 m, ski school, children's ski school 850 m. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house.

Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double wall-trunk bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. Zweckmässige Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist gut und zweckmässig ausgerüstet, eher "altmodisch", wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt. Etwas wenig Sonne auf dem Sitzplatz für die Jahreszeit, bedingt durch das angrenzende Haus. Die 90 Treppenstufen zum Haus halten fit, sind jedoch nicht für Alle geeignet. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen.

Ordenliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war ordentlich: Gute Küchenausstattung, Größe war angemessen für 4 Personen, und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Skikeller war schon sehr einfach und das Licht dort funtionierte oft nicht. Die Treppe, die zum Haus führt (einziger Zugang zum Haus), ist im Sommer bestimmt kein Problem aber mit Skistiefeln sehr unschön.

Praktisch, aber nicht mehr

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. In der Küche gibt es Töpfe und Utensilien um richtig zu kochen und genügend Geschirr. Die Betten sind bequem alles ist sehr sauber und praktisch, auch die Lage ist gut. Wer eine Wohnung sucht, die schön und gemütlich ist, muss woanders suchen.

Les stores sont usagés, notamment ceux de la chambre à coucher. Pas de vue et assez peu ensoleillé à fin mars. Mais situation très calme et proche du centre. Logement agréable avec de bonnes prestations. Arrêt de bus proche.
