The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps.

Place was very nice it has all the amenities you need I would say only downfall would be small shower and this particular unit did and It didn’t have a view of the Matterhorn. I would stay again

We really liked it. Large studio apartment.

We stayed 3 nights as part of a 2 week Europe vacation. The large studio apartment was a most welcome change to the usual tiny hotel room. It is a "studio", but really is the size of a one bedroom apartment, feels big. Full kitchen. Laundry available downstairs. About a 10 min. charming walk to downtown. Safe area.

Great location, outstanding service

The apartment was a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but had absolutely everything we needed, the interiors are new and clean and the location is fantastic. In case you come home after a long hike, like we did, cable TV with all channels in multiple languages and been able to connect it to Netflix was a big plus. The service provided by Bronagh, from Mountain Exposure, before and during the trip made a great difference, I couldn't ask for a better place and will definitively book with them on my next trip to Zermatt.

Nice apartment centrally located

Convenient, reasonably priced apartment. Good kitchen facilities and nice view from the balcony. Rooms were v clean. Access to shared laundry facilities which was useful for our 2 week stay. Decent amount of room in the apartment as well despite being a studio.

Amazing Studio

It was a great studio to stay in. Perfect location right next to the church. The apartment had great views and a nice kitchen, so we were able to cook our own food. The only thing I would recommend is providing basic service such as an Iron/Iron stand and regular cleaning. But overall, it was wonderful and I would certainly consider staying here again if I was to visit Zermatt again.

Good value and not so bad location

We were 2 families with two kids aged 10-11. The apartment provided good value in Zermatt where hotel prices are quite high. Instructions from the company were adequate for reaching it and accessing it. It is about 10 minutes from the town center. You can see the Matterhorn from just outside the building. There are a few stairs to reach the apartment which may be a factor to consider before you rent this place. Did not bother us.

Warm and comfy!

It was a clean comfortable apartment close to everything. We were able to cook our meals and enjoy our whole stay. Emma who met us at the station was very friendly and full of local knowledge.

Only just OK

Bedding was inadequate because it was always too hot - the doona was suitable for mid winter and no other was provided. The apartment was poorly located - through a tunnel, up in a lift, across a roof top deck and then across another deck with very loose tiles. No hand rails and lots of drop offs - the outside area was dirty with building materials lying around.No instruction given to us to turn off the central heating so we roasted inside all the time even with open windows. We think someone lived there as the drawers were all full of personal things and we had to store our clothes on the floor. Otherwise adequate but overpriced for what it was. Site was good at Matterhorn end of Zermatt.
