Difficult to contact host originally because Expedia screen correspondence and failed to relay arrival instructions Hosts were very apologetic and provided welcome bottle of wine as compensation Thank you

Zermatt is amazing, and this studio was super cute. And this exactly like the pictures too, beautiful views out the window. Only complaint - no smart tv. We had to book for 7 days min and some nights we just wanted to watch some Netflix.
