Located in Campagnola di Zevio, just a few kilometers south of Verona, this 450 m² guest house accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



The property features a spacious double room with the option for an extra bed and an en-suite bathroom, situated on the ground floor with no architectural barriers. Upstairs, there are 2 single rooms with French beds, each with a small balcony, and a shared bathroom.



You have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, and complimentary capsules. Amenities include in-room Wi-Fi, private fan and air conditioning, as well as a shared living room with TV. Shared washing machine and dryer are available on request. Underfloor heating is adjustable via thermostat (from November 1 to April 15).



Airport and train station shuttle service (up to 4 seats) are available for an extra charge.
