Rent with a Z8 60sqm small house in a small cottage area in Zierow, near the city of Wismar. The about 800 meters away, sandy beach with shallow water can be reached on foot or by car. The house is built entirely of wood, walls inside and outside surfaces are made of wood - oiled ash floorboards provide comfort. An individual, functional floor plan is a practical and cottage typical layout. Children will love the play ground! The decor is Scandinavian-simple. Thanks to the underfloor heating, you will not have cold feet even in winter. This Designed with attention cottage to spend restful hours there alone, in pairs, threes, fourth, fifth or sixth. Danish holiday home on the Baltic Sea (Z8) - 4 persons:
You rent the approx. 60 square meter small house Z8. The heart of this is the open kitchen. In the living area you can either relax on a sofa or two recliners in front of the SAT TV, read a nice book or just look out of the panoramic windows. Floor-length curtains shield the sun. The wooden floor provides a pleasant atmosphere, custom-made built-in furniture creates space in a small space. Heating is by means of geothermal energy, electricity comes from Greenpeace Energy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-sufficiency: dishwasher, sink, stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils for up to 6 people. In the bedroom you will find a 1.80 x 2.00 m large bed with two single mattresses, which is built really cuddly in a niche. The entry can only be made via the foot. There is no wardrobe here. Instead, you have two large wardrobes in the kids bedroom. Sleeping is in a double-decker / bunk bed (0,90 x 2,00m). In the hallway are two large wardrobes. Here are u. a. also the small vacuum cleaner, the clothes horse, etc. housed. A sleep / play floor open to the living room fulfills childhood dreams! There are children's toys, children's books and board games for young and old. On request, we can prepare up to two additional beds in the form of additional mattresses (15 EUR / night and guest) on this open gallery, which can not be closed by a door. Children love it!The internal bathroom with extractor is equipped with a bath, a shower, a toilet, a small sink, a large mirror and a heated towel rail. On niche, covered wooden terraces, you can chat until the wee hours. In the summer months you will find furniture and a barbecue. To your cottage belongs a private car parking space in front of the house. From June 2017 you have a washing machine for common use. All utilities and internet usage are INCLUDED. In the house you will find a folder with information on doctors, shopping and excursion tips. As a service we provide tea towels, rags, some tabs and dish soap. All beds are made up with fresh sheets. Upon request, we will set up a cot for children with a full-fledged mattress, moisture protection and fresh sheets and provide you with a potty or children's toilet seat.
