I would definitely stay at this hotel again!! It has a great location near the Mercado to buy food & do some shopping. Public transportation is around the corner likeTaxis & Combis. Price is very affordable & pool is a good size always clean. The continental breakfast has a good variety of options. All in all I will definitely be coming back!!

I’ve have a lot of great stays in Zihuatanejo, but this is now my favourite. It starts with a greeting from the super friendly & helpful staff, as well as Misha, the resident feline. She may even come to your room to say hello! Everything is wonderful: the spotless facilities, the central location and nice pool yard, you will love this hotel. We had a jr double suite. AC was excellent , helped us get a restful sleep in their comfortable beds. Location was quiet at night and in the morning. Steps away from lots of shops, vendors, restaurants and Mercado Central. The continental breakfast with breads, real fruits, coffee & juices will get you fueled up & on your way with the option to order other items. I’d highly recommend this if you like to explore the city and its beaches during the day, with an opportunity to come home and chill in the pool or go to the beautiful rooftop terrace. We met lots of very friendly people also on vacation . There are stairs with no elevator so not recommended if you have mobility issues. All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We are even looking to book when we return in Feb or March. Their ratings don’t lie , it is an excellent hotel. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

We liked that it was right next to a market. Though busy during the day it was fairly quiet. Plus the market closes at 7pm, so it gets very quiet at a decent time. Staff was very friendly and gave great food recommendations. Our room was adorable and exactly what I'd hoped for when booking. P.S. tell Misha (the resident kitty) we say Hi.

This hotel is great! From location, staff, and room itself. Everything is walking distance, staff was the most helpful. Easy check in and out. We booked 2 rooms and both were nice and clean.

This this is a wonderful traditional Mexican hotel. The breakfast offerings are fantastic, with a complimentary Continental breakfast. They also offer a menu of delicious breakfast items. The staff are amazing!! Always there whenever you need them, extremely friendly and welcoming. The terraza is a wonderful place to relax and also for morning yoga practices. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at this property, we would definitely stay there again next time we are in Zihua.

Stayed here once prior in a much larger room which was comfortable. This time we were only able to get a tiny room. Felt tiny for the 2 of us. Plus, the shower/bathroom did not have good airflow or separation between spaces and resulted in a super wet bathroom floor that was unable to dry out easily. Next time we'd opt for a different room. Somewhat fun to be located in a part of town that isn't filled with tourists, if that's your thing.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa de la Palma very much! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We stayed in both the deluxe and regular rooms and both had everything a traveler could need. Also the continental breakfast included with the room was fantastic and all the additional options in the restaurant were delicious!

Located by central market so takes a bit getting used to the hussle and bustle to get anywhere is a bit daunting at first. The hotel is a real oasis. Surrounded by fresh food stalls, trinket shops, cafeterias, banks and good restaurants.

Great service from the staff. I would rather stay a shorter period next time. Seems like they dont like when you stay too long lol. Bad Wifi and closed pool for 3 days. Other than that staff was very friendly and the resident cat was a huge plus for me and my girl.
