Unfortunately lacking accommodation. Requested when booking for a first floor room, provided documentation of the request, and was declined. The ladies at the front desk are service oriented. The man at the front desk is rude, flippant , perhaps should consider moving to non-client facing position.

Great location, room was OK. There was no real water pressure in the shower and the shower stall itself was disgusting. It looked like it was never cleaned as you could see the layer of soap residue everywhere. Definitely use your sandals when taking a shower. I most likely will not return to this hotel.

The convenience of being close to beach and the pools was excellent. Staff were friendly. The. Water for drinking was excellent. Restaurant was excellent and especially the fruit and juices were excellent. Lounge chairs were not very comfortable without cushions on them . Noisy bar with loud music on weekend was not good. Prices for rooms are getting expensive for average person, or pensioners.

I liked everything about the property. What I didn’t like is that my room was in front of a restaurant that played loud music on the weekends. The staff at the front desk seemed to lack knowledge of the area and weren’t particularly helpful. So we approached the waiters who spoke English for information. They were extremely helpful and friendly.
