Es un lugar seguro que tiene un camino empedrado con acceso para llegar a la playa privada Vista hermosa una de las mas bonitas de Ixtapa frente al hotel las brisas.

Para rentar hay que hacer un deposito de seguridad reembolsable 5000 pesos a la administración del edificio. Por reglas del condominio los inquilinos deben llenar una forma, enviar a la administración sus identificaciones y nombres y al ingreso al momento de dejar el deposito se les debe dar una pulsera para acceso a alberca y áreas comunes del lugar.
