Schönes Objekt, großzügig ausgestattet

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund. gut ausgestattete Küche mit scharfen Messern viel Platz / Stauraum bequeme Betten gut gepflegter Garten saubere Dusche- etwas abgelebt / Türgriffe Fenster von außen fehlen, in einem Schlafzimmer kein Fernseher- Reinigung ok, aber Eisfach bspw. verstopft, lies sich erst nach dem Abtauen schließen und Kaffeemaschine stark verkalkt- nur ein Geschirrtuch- Hundehaare am Sofa vom Vorhund- Gärtner stand Do früh um kurz nach 8 Uhr unangekündigt im Garten!Alles in allem sehr ordentlich & wohnlich.

Perfekte Wohnung in idealer Lage

Wunderschöne und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung und sehr zentral gelegen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Ein ganz besonderer Pluspunkt ist der durch eine Hecke umgebene Garten, wodurch sich auch unser Hund frei bewegen konnte.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, aber einiges hat uns trotzdem gestört.Es fehlt um selbst ein bisschen Ordnung zu halten Besen, Handfeger und Schaufel oder einen funktionstüchtigen Staubsauger. Auch die Reinigung des Kamins ist ohne Eimer eine Herausforderung. Ein paar weitere Mülltüten wären bei dem Zimmerpreis auch noch drin.Der Abfluss der Dusche muss dringend gereinigt werden, da das Wasser nicht richtg abläuft.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großen Garten. Zur Ostsee ist es nicht weit und auch die Geschäfte und Restaurants kann man super zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben erholsame Tage dort verbracht.

Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön die reichlich ausgestattete Küche. Immer genug Besteck und Gläser, dass kennen wir aus anderen Objekten leider auch anders. Die Fußbodenheizung macht es teils sehr warm, aber besser als frieren. Sauberkeit aus unserer Sicht völlig in Ordnung. Lediglich auf dem Sofa hatten offensichtlich Vormieter einen Hund, was deutlich an den Hasren spürbar war. Strand ist schnell erreicht, bis zur Einkaufsstraße läuft man etwa 15 Minuten. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles gut, aber der Reinigungsdienst hätte etwas gründlicher sein können. Sehr schöne Wohnung, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Habe es leider nicht in die Sauna geschafft. Nächstes Mal. Toll auch - Straße runter 500 Meter weiter - Ostsee. Top!

Gute Lage, schöner Außenbereich

Vorweg: Die Fotos zum Objekt sind etwas spärlich. Zum Beispiel fehlt ein Foto des Außenbereichs, der großen Terrasse, eigentlich ein wichtiger Pluspunkt des Objektes! Die Sauberkeit war so la la. Das ist schon einen Punktabzug wert. Die Putzkolonne huscht offensichtlich durch ohne Auge fürs Detail: Fernbedienungen sehr verstaubt, Lampen ebenso, Zahnpastareste am Waschbecken. Positiv: sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck, man muss nicht ständig den Geschirrspüler starten. Außenbereich super, alles da. Tipp: Grill mitbringen. Betten: Boxspring mit verrutschenden Toppern und viel zu großen Kissen, das ist aber anscheinend überall Standard inzwischen und Geschmackssache. Es gibt dort einen DVD Player, der hat aber nur Scart, ist dadurch unbrauchbar am vorhandenen (sehr guten) TV. Bad: Spiegel hängt zu niedrig. WC ebenso... eher für Zwerge :) Lage: Strand ("der schönste Strand der Ostsee" ist schon ein gerechtfertigter Werbeslogan... allerdings nicht für Steinesammler, gibt keine) ist schnell erreicht, belebtes Zentrum ebenfalls.Die Sauna ist immer an ab 15:00 Uhr, Außendusche vorhanden. War nix los, wir haben sie auch nicht genutzt. Waschmaschine ist im Treppenhaus EG. Internet Bandbreite ist sehr gut, hatten wir schon anders auf dieser Halbinsel.

Die Lage der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit und der Service - alles prima! Gefehlt hat uns lediglich ein Kinderstuhl… Die Sauna ist im März leider quasi nicht zu benutzen, da sie wegen unzureichender Dämmung nicht über 50 Grad geheizt werden kann. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen…
