New, nice maisonette apartment with plenty of space for 4 people in Zingst. The large, bright and friendly furnished living room with kitchen and dining area invites you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances and kitchen utensils such as a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The dining table offers enough space for the whole family. You are welcome to have breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine and enjoy the sea air or simply look at the starry sky in the evening. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxed TV evening on the comfortable sofa. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, a large vanity and a washing machine. One bedroom is on the first floor, the second is in the attic. Both are equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, restful sleep is guaranteed. You can easily reach the upper bedroom via a wooden staircase. There is a flat screen TV in every room. The apartment includes a parking space and a lockable bike shed with a socket. Sehr neue, modern und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung

Sehr neue, modern, hochwertig und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die Küche (mit Induktionsherd!) ist mit dem enthaltenen Geschirr einfach klasse. Das Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche ein Traum! Der Konatkt lief komplett über E-mail und es war kein Problem, später als im angegebenen Zeitrahmen anzukommen oder früher abzureisen (Schlüssel über ein Schließfach an der Wohnung verfügbar, Rückgabe über den Briefkasten der Agentur). Die Wohnung und das komplette Haus sind sehr, sehr leise (3fach verglast!). Jeder Raum hat eine eigene Be- und Entlüftung, die allerdings ständig läuft und sich nicht komplett ausschalten lässt.

Alles hat super gut geklappt

Sehr schönes Objekt, toll eingerichtet. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war ein Eiswurfebehälter für das Gefrierfach. 😂
