We offer you a lovingly furnished, new apartment (4 adults + 3 children +1 toddler) with 76 square meters, divided into a spacious living area with seating area, dining table, balcony facing south and high quality, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with large double beds, one with the possibility for a cot, and a children's room with bunk beds (only for children up to 50 kg) and pull-out, small sofa bed.

Our newly built in 2015 residential building is located in the center of the Baltic Sea resort Zinnowitz on the sunny island of Usedom. We offer modern, lovingly and friendly furnished apartments on three floors. For each Ferienwohung a parking space is available. All apartments are equipped with a balcony / terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.  Free WiFi is available in the house.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation verläuft schnell und reibungslos. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind super sowie der Wohn-Essbereich. Das Badezimmer ist groß und hell. Bis zum Strand und zur Seebrücke sind wir immer gute 10 Minuten gelaufen. Der Weg lohnt sich. Was man wissen sollte: direkt nebenan ist die freiwillige Feuerwehr und bei Alarm mitten in der Nacht steht man im Bett, da die Sirene wirklich laut ist. Unsere Kinder fanden es aufregend aber es war trotzdem erst einmal erschreckend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter!

Gemütlich wie ZuHause

Es war alles super,wir werden wohl wieder kommen.Leider funktionierte das Passwort für W-LAN nicht-war aber nicht dramatisch.
