Saubere Unterkunft , mehr auch nicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gross und geräumig. Sehr Sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus selbst ist sehr alt und eigentlich eine Baustelle von innen sowie aussen. Die Lage ist direkt an der Flaniermaile wo man gut Geld los wird. Zum Strand sind es ca. 100 m. Das alles wird leider von dem Restaurant Le Soleil welches unter der FeWo ist überschattet 😞 Ab 11:00 bis 22:00 extreme Essensgerüche so das man nicht Lüften kann sowie Lärmbelästigung durch die darunter befindlichen Küche. Nach Restaurantschluss sind die MA sehr, sehr laut. Türen knallen, Töpfe scheppern usw. laute Gespräche im Hof und das in der Nacht. Bauarbeiten im Haus durch den Vermieter am Tage. Nebenkosten sowie Kurtaxe müssen seperat erstattet werden. Unser Fazit... Zinnowitz ist sehr schön , wer allerdings die Ruhe und den "Luxus" sucht ist in dieser FeWo verkehrt. Wir kommen wieder aber das nächstemal in einer anderen Unterkunft.

Perfekte Lage, nahe der Seebrücke

Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es war alles was man so braucht vorhanden. Die Veranda ist herrlich zum gemeinsamen Essen und bei offenen Fenstern fühlt es sich fast wie ein Balkon an. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundrum wohl gefühlt.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen, nur ein kurzer Weg bis zur Ostsee und alles, was man im Urlaub noch so braucht, auf kurzem Wege erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gerade frisch modernisiert und perfekt ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden. Am besten ist der Ess-Platz im Erker mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Strandstraße. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben dort ein wunderbaren Kurzurlaub genossen!
