The two holiday apartments of different sizes are located separately in a holiday home on a 600 sqm fully fenced property within a quiet residential area. The Baltic Sea beach and the village centre with restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of approx. 500 m. This large holiday apartment on the ground floor has a size of 110 sqm and is suitable for max. 7 people + infant. The smaller apartment (DZV676) is located in the basement, is 52 square metres in size and is suitable for a maximum of 3 people. There is a furnished terrace or covered outdoor seating area, barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles, a small children's playground and car park. A high chair and cot can be provided for small children. W-Lan is also available. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. A small dog is allowed in this property.



The holiday apartment is located on the high ground floor. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for the 7th person, flat screen TV), 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a dining room (dining table, TV, radio, hatch to the kitchen) and a small bathroom with shower/WC. There is a terrace/balcony with seating furniture and a swing.



The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 metre long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland."
