zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. inkl. Wäscheständer..

zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. inkl. Wäscheständer und sauber. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer verfügen über je 1 Fenster mit Mückenschutz (Bad und Flurfenster nicht). Toll ist der sonnige Balkon mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen inkl. Sitzauflagen und Sonnenschirm. Da die Ferienwohnung relativ nah zur Kirche liegt, hört man gut das Glockenläuten tgl. mittags und Sonntag Vormittag. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Geschäftsstraße , die auch direkt zur Seebrücke führt. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 15min Gehminuten. Apotheke, Bahnhof, Kino, Restaurants, Drogerie , Lebensmittelgeschäfte und ein Waschsalon sind fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten gut erreichbar. Hinweis: Die Ferienwohnung ist über 2 Außentreppen und eine Innentreppe erreichbar. Der Pkw Stellplatz ist in einer Tiefgarage (ebenerdig erreichbar). Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist bequem, das ausklappbare Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend groß für 2 weitere Personen (qietscht allerdings). Erwähnenswert ist noch der tolle Service von Usedom24 - telefonisch gut erreichbar; bei Fragen oder Problemen versucht man schnell zu helfen. Spätanreise ist nach Absprache möglich (Schlüsseltresor)

Großes Lob an die Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro für die schnelle Bearbeitung, Hilfestellung und Beratung. Die empfohlene Ferienwohnung war einfach super, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Es fehlt an nichts. Lage ist ebenfalls super und ruhig. Es waren erholsame Ferientage. Nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können.
