The apartment has 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and two extra beds in the living room.��The use of the apartment is designed in the basic approach for 2 people. Each additional extra bed will be charged separately. The spacious terrace offers you the opportunity to end the day with a glass of wine at sunset. On cold nights, a log fire warms you. In 12 minutes you are on the sandy Baltic Sea beach, in 10 minutes you stroll in the center of Zinnowitz or you swing on your bike and explore the island. Start directly from the house or use the Usedomer Bäderbahn. The train station is at a distance of 500 meters. Bed linen, as well as consumption costs for electricity, water etc. are included in the price. Baby chair and cot can be provided free of charge. Towels are to be brought along please!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen, ruhige Umgebung am Ortsrand. Wiese und Wald sind nicht weit entfernt. Ideal mit Hund. Sehr toller Empfang von Frau Gudian. Danke, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Zinnowitz. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Zur Insel: Sie st perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. Leider sind Hunde am Strand nicht überall willkommen. Dafür sind die Restaurants sehr hundefreundlich.

Hochwertige Ausstattung schön ruhig gelegen sehr sauber entspricht der Beschreibung.

Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, ruhige zentrale Lage, hochwertige Ausstattung, Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Entfernungsangaben stimmen. Strand und Promenade sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Für Menschen mit Behinderungen/Rollstuhl optimal. Auch für Hundebesitzer wie uns zu empfehlen viele Gelegenheiten zum Spazieren. Felder Wald. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden fall im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.
