Welcome to Rügen! Our beautiful holiday home Granitz (75 sqm, 1 living / bedroom, 1 bedroom, kitchen, terrace, beach chair, max 4 adults and 1 child in travel cot, wireless) is very quiet and close to nature at the beginning of the Granitz and only approx 3 km from Ostseebad Binz. Here is also the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. The small town of Serams, in which the house is located, is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. The holiday home has been furnished in a modern and comfortable way and also offers wireless internet access. The house has a beautiful sun terrace with garden furniture and beach chair. Fresh towels are provided upon arrival and beds are already made with linen. Directly in front of the house leads the newly built bike path to Binz to the beach or in the beautiful Granitz (hilly forest area for hiking with hunting lodge). A parking lot is available directly at the house. For your brought bikes is a storage facility available. Rental bikes can be brought directly to the object on request. The bus stop for public transport is about 800 meters away.

The Granitz holiday home is set on a private estate surrounded by a lawned garden with fruit trees. The house has 75 square meters of living space and has in the bathroom, hall and kitchen a pleasant underfloor heating. There is space for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child in the travel cot. The holiday home has been furnished in a modern and high quality way and also has a wireless internet connection. The living room has a comfortable couch with table and a modern flat screen TV. The couch kan for a 4. Guest be betted. The modern separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge freezer. There is also a dining table with chairs. A wooden staircase leads to the attic bedroom. There is a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a single bed and a wardrobe. A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided on request free of charge. On arrival fresh towels are ready and the beds are of course already with linen. The bright bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hair dryer and vanity and has natural light and underfloor heating and towel warmer.
