Villa Belle Vie is an extraordinary retreat, ideal for large groups of family and friends, nestled in the picturesque village of Zmijavci. Located near the breathtaking natural wonders of the Blue and Red Lakes, this stunning property, built in 2021, consists of two independent luxury villas, ensuring complete privacy for multiple families or groups. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with modern elegance, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, chic and comfortable furnishings, and an array of luxurious amenities, including two saunas and an activity room equipped with a gym and a pool table. Step outside to discover a true paradise: two infinity heated pools, two Jacuzzis, a private tennis court, a children’s playground, BBQ facilities, and al-fresco dining areas—everything you need for the perfect vacation. You’ll feel truly pampered in this fully-equipped haven.
With 10 beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Young groups are also warmly welcomed.

The Adriatic coast is just a 30-minute drive away, offering easy access to pristine beaches. The area also offers a wide variety of activities, including traditional Dalmatian Balote, quad biking, kayaking on the Vrljica River, swimming in Blue Lake, and regional wine and liquor tasting.
For transparency: please account for 3000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host (2500 euro from December 23 - January 5 in 2023, and Dec 21 - Jan 3 in 2024) and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.
Please note: four extra beds can be arranged upon request at 400 euros each, therefore increasing maximum occupancy.
Golf range, mini golf and tenis are all available with a minimum fee in order to maintain equipment. Please ask for details.
