ARTON Vila (398m2) is situated on the edge of a small and peaceful village of Gradišće, 2,5km from town Žminj(52341) which is located in the heart of Istria and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions, you can go on your holiday. The house is surrounded by beautiful forests, and close by, you can find a number of options through the end of the walk or ride bikes. The entire property(2350m2) is fenced, so guests can feel safe and enjoy the privacy, while children can play freely. The interior of the house is modern and furnished with quality furniture and pleasant detail, the guests to feel as at home. Fireplace and a billiard table in the spacious living room provide a comfortable atmosphere during their stay, and guests have access to the wireless internet and satellite TV channels, billiard, table football.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen, an extra bathroom, and two bedrooms with own bathrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a terrace where you can relax with the singing of birds or sunbathe overlooking the woods. The house has a large, heated and babies swimming pool(all together is 50m2) with sun loungers and a beautiful terrace with quality garden furniture and barbecue. Free parking for 4 cars(2 covered).

Viel Platz, großer Pool und unkomplizierte Abwicklung!

Wir hatten mit 10 Leuten (8 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) bequem Platz. Drei der vier Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad bieten großzügig Platz, mit der Möglichkeit ein Kinderbett dazu zu stellen. Nur ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner (Bett 140x200 cm). Die Schlafcouch ist ausziehbar. Der Pool hat mit 150 cm eine gute Tiefe zum Schwimmen und der riesige gemauerte Grill lässt Männerherzen höher schlagen. Die Vermieter waren unkompliziert und telefonisch gut erreichbar. Die Lage in Zentralistrien war für unsere Bedürfnisse genau passend. Orte wie Rovinj, Pula und Rabac sind in jeweils etwa 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ebenso wie verschiedene Strände. Einen Ausflug wert ist auch die nahe gelegene Ruinenstadt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Der nächste Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Zminj (ca 3 km entfernt).
