Enjoy delicious meals prepared on the charcoal barbecue with the whole family on the covered terrace with dining table. The interior, which you reach via the terrace, exudes a touch of romance. Light, soft colours and wooden beams as well as a fireplace make the fully air-conditioned interior immediately cosy. On the ground floor you will find the cosy living area, the fully equipped kitchen and one of the lovingly designed bedrooms with a double bed. On the first floor you will find two more beautiful bedrooms that promise peaceful and restful nights. Each of the bedrooms has its own pretty, modern bathroom. Actively explore the breathtaking region and find relaxation in this oasis of peace at the end of an exciting day.Villa Giovanni is located in a small village Pamii, only 3 km from minj in central Istria. minj is a small town in Istria, situated 355 metres above sea level in the Lim Valley and Raa Valley. The administrative centre of the Istrian peninsula, Pazin, is 13 km from the village. Central Istria is known for its landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage can be found here. minj and small villages in the area are known for agrotourism, hiking and cycling tours. The town traditionally celebrates one of the most popular folk festivals in Istria - Bartulja (end of August). This is dedicated to the patron saint of minj, St Bartholomew (in the Church of St Bartholomew). The tourist hotspots on the coast with crystal clear sea and sights are only a short drive away from the villa: Pula (45 km), Rovinj (20 km), Pore (30 km).
