An idyllic 3 bedroom Villa, located in the serene and peaceful istrian Village Krničari.
A large, completely fenced garden is private, spacious and safe. A private pool is surrounded with sunbeds and parasols.
The garden is completely yours, with no neighbours overlooking the property.
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful and spacious living room, a dining room,
fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Three wonderfully decorated bedrooms are on the first floor, together with two bathrooms and an additional toilet.
The location is ideal - in 15 minutes drive, you can reach Rovinj and some of the most wonderful beaches in Istria.
The area is filled with good restaurants (Ladonja and Fumica are the nearest restaurants with a tradiotional cuisine),
and good people.
