Spend a relaxing vacation in this spacious and modern cottage close to nature.



The house is furnished in a modern style. The first floor has a living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, and a large bedroom with bathroom. There is also another separate bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. A baby crib and a child seat are also available.



From the living room you can access a terrace, where you will find a swimming pool with a sun deck. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace where you can prepare a variety of meat and fish dishes. Opposite the property is another plot of the owner, which is also available to guests. There is a parking lot and various facilities for children's play and entertainment.



You can also find bicycles here and we recommend cycling in the surrounding villages and towns with beautiful unspoiled nature. The first beaches are in Barbariga, Bale and Rovinj. This is an ideal starting point for trips in all directions of Istria.

Great villa in the heart of Istria

What a great find! 4 big air conditioned bedrooms each with a bathroom, well equipped kitchen, very clean, lovely, helpful owners. Great patio areas and swimming pool, shaded secure parking. Set in a quiet village but with handy access to good roads, it is strategically placed in the middle of Istria, making it easy to access the coast Rovinj, Porec, Pula and Umag. We also did longer trips to Lake Bled, Ljubljana, Cres and Krk. Not far to Motovan and other amazing hilltop villages. Outdoor BBQ area was well used. Food shop and petrol station in Zminj 10 mins away. We have stayed in a lot of villas and this was one of our favourites!!
