Villa Matilda is located in the small Istrian village of Šoštari, near Žminj, surrounded by nature and greenery, offering complete privacy and peace. This modern holiday home is an ideal choice for guests looking to escape everyday life and enjoy an authentic rural setting in Istria.

The villa is a single-storey property, covering 254 m2 and set on a fenced plot of 750 m2. The interior is designed in a contemporary style, with a focus on functionality and comfort. The central part of the house features a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Large glass surfaces allow plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.

Villa Matilda offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. High-quality beds (180x200 cm) ensure restful sleep, while additional beds allow accommodation for up to 8 guests.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and enjoying the open air. The private swimming pool (36 m2) with hydromassage provides an extra level of comfort. Around the pool, there is a sunbathing area with loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower. The covered terrace and outdoor dining area with a large table and gas barbecue are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors.

The property is fully fenced and arranged as a green garden, ensuring safety and privacy. For additional entertainment, a trampoline and outdoor play area are available, making the villa suitable for families with children.

Villa Matilda is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet, a safe, washing machine and dryer, as well as all necessary amenities for a carefree stay. Private parking is available.

Located in a peaceful rural setting, the villa is still well connected – a shop is 2 km away, a restaurant 3 km, while the sea and beaches are approximately 20 km away. Pula Airport is 35 km away.

Pool heating is available on request during April, May, September, and October. The service is optional and costs an additional €210 per week. Pool temperature depends on weather conditions.
