Villa Nevia Sivati is a newly constructed villa with a pool, situated on the outskirts of the village Šivati, not far from Kanfanar in central Istria. Nestled on a 1000 sqm fenced property, Villa Nevia Sivati offers its guests a 35 sqm pool, a spacious covered terrace with a summer kitchen and dining table, as well as two designated parking spaces. The two-story villa with a pool spans 200 sqm and is equipped with air conditioning, accommodating a maximum of 8 people.

The ground floor features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area, satellite TV, and a fireplace.
