Centrally located Villa SaMa is the perfect base for exploring everything that Istria has to offer. It is located in a small village in central Istria, offering peace and privacy but close to popular tourist centers like Rovinj or Porec. This holiday villa features a very contemporary design with clean lines. The mix of concrete, wood, and large glass doors and windows create a chic luxury retreat.
Modern and elegant furnished living room has an exit on the covered terrace with a BBQ and outdoor dining area, overlooking the pool. Here you can enjoy preparing fresh traditional meals or just relax with a glass of wine while your kids are playing in the children's playground.

War der erste Urlaub in dem der Check in nicht über eine Schlüsselbox läuft. Eigentlich voll praktisch und entspannt, aber war somit auch der erste Urlaub in Istrien beim dem nicht der Vermieter mit Brot, Schinken und Käse gewartet hat.Das Haus liegt mitten in Istrien, alle Ziele sind gut zu erreichen.Die Aussenanlagen sind leider etwas ungepflegt. Statt Rasen ist eigentlich nur Unkraut zu sehen. Der eigentliche Rasen ist verbrannt. Liegt mit Sicherheit daran das die Sprinkleranlagen nie an waren. Fanden wir aber eigentlich ganz gut, da so unser Hund auch keine nasse Erde mit reinbringen konnte.Ich habe mir bei dem Mietpreis etwas besseres vorgestellt.Das Haus hat einige Baumängel und man sieht das die Arbeiten innen schnell und lieblos durchgeführt worden sind.Die Einrichtung und die Deko ist allerdings ausreichend und schön.Der Pool ist viel zu kalt. Waren natürlich auch im Meer. Das ist auf jeden Fall um einige Grad wärmer gewesen.

A recommander !!!! le calme, le confort, la mer...

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante et moderne villa d’Istrie. Au calme, pas très loin de la mer (il faut tout de même une voiture pour s'y rendre). La villa est moderne, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût, tout est présent pour passer des vacances agréables et tout confort !!! La piscine est géniale !!!! Les propriétaires restent joignables par téléphone en cas de besoin, nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille. Merci à Suzana et Tony

neues modernes Feriendomizil

sehr schönes ruhiges Domizil , Einrichtung sehr gut, schöner großer Pool, sehr sauber angetroffen, Betten bequem, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 5km Entfernung, Gästebetreuer Toni war sehr aufmerksam und bei kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle, da das Haus ganz neu ist fehlte es noch an grünen Sichtschutz - der aber schon angepflanzt ist. Haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Danke für die gute Betreuung!
