The Space:

Houseboat Pałuki is a modern floating home of approximately 35 square metres, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests throughout the year.



Inside, you will find a bright living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant stay in every season.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cooktop, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.



The highlight of the property is the spacious private terrace overlooking the lake. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, spend a quiet afternoon with a book or watch the sunset over the water.



Guests can also enjoy the barbecue, fire pit with a cooking grate and an outdoor fireplace, making it easy to spend memorable evenings outside.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire floating home and its private terrace.



Free parking is available on site. You are also welcome to use the water sports equipment - a boat and a kayak, available at the property in accordance with the on site rules.



For an even more relaxing stay, you can also enjoy the sauna or the outdoor hot tub. Both amenities are available on request for 200 PLN per day each.

Houseboat Pałuki is located next to the town of Żnin, in the heart of the picturesque Pałuki region, directly on the shores of Dobrylewski Lake and its private beach.



The area is perfect for walking, cycling, swimming and water sports. It is also an excellent base for discovering some of the region's most popular attractions, including the famous Biskupin Archaeological Museum, the medieval ruins and Narrow Gauge Railway Museum in Wenecja, and the historic Żnin County Narrow Gauge Railway.



Whether you prefer active days outdoors or peaceful moments by the water, the surroundings offer something for everyone.

The easiest way to reach the property is by car. Free parking is available on site, while the centre of Żnin with its restaurants, cafés and shops is only a few minutes away.
