We have arranged “Casa Milianna”, to amplify the Ligurian experience - the tranquillity of the sea, fine Italian design and the vivid colours of your surroundings.

Casa Milianna is our piece of the dolce vita, perched on one of the most breath-taking coastlines of Europe, right in the centre of an area known for its beauty, elegance and unforgettable style of the Italian Riviera.

What we offer:
- Two-bedroom apartment in a fully renovated building with a huge sundeck and a spacious terrace.
- 270 degrees sea view, overlooking Portofino, the Tigullio Bay and view of surrounding mountains.
- Swimming pool in an olive tree garden, all belonging to our compound.
- All amenities, fully equipped kitchen, one large bedroom with double bed, small bedroom and a living room with sofa bed, towels, bed sheets, an iron, washing machine, wi-fi and
all other small items you need for your stay.
- The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, but can host 6 people (there is a sofa bed in the living room)
- Parking spot (it’s a 5-minutes walk from the apartment) or a short ride with the shuttle car that belongs to the building.

A perfect location:
- 5 minutes walk to the train station that takes you across the Riviera.
- The Cinque Terre, the Genoa Airport (40 minutes) and Milano Centrale (2 hours)
- 5 minutes walk to the beach (that’s downhill; 8 minutes on the way back to the apartment).
- 5 minutes walk to the picturesque piazza - city centre with restaurants and cafes - adequately longer return to be accounted for the gentle climb up.
- 3 minutes walk to the sports club, with tennis and racquet ball court.

The town of Zoagli
Casa Miliana is conveniently located in Zoagli, off via Aurelia (yes, the ancient road that goes to and from Rome). Our village is nestled between Rapallo and Chiavari, and is a hidden gem on the Italian Riviera, known for its stunning coastline, charming piazzas, and scenic hiking trails – it embodies the essence of Ligurian beauty.

Zoagli has everything one needs (cafes, restaurants, it’s very own Castello, art gallery, beach club, sports-centre, silk manufacture, church and the supermarket). Our choice of a small town was deliberate, even in high-season it is not overflown by tourists. Instead, you get the sincere smiles of the locals and the serenity of their routines.

Zoagli’s incredible views are best enjoyed from its historic seaside promenade, which was built into the cliffs. The village is renowned for its traditional silk weaving heritage, quaint local shops, and exquisite seafood restaurants where you can savor freshly caught fish paired with
regional wines. For nature lovers, Zoagli offers incredible hiking opportunities along the Via Aurelia and coastal trails, leading to stunning viewpoints and secluded
beaches.
