A breathtaking view 2 steps from the sea and this is not the main asset of this villa. The architect took particular care of his house with a south-east exposure which offers sunshine and a panoramic view from practically the entire villa. Large bay windows line the outside of each room, which naturally extend to a large wooden terrace. Placed in the center of the terrace and facing the sea, the infinity pool will give you the impression of enjoying an exclusive and privileged bath in the bay of Pinarello.

Tolle Lage mit Super Aussicht

Die Villa hat einen sensationellen Meerblick, einen tollen Pool mit Super Terrasse und eine riesige offene Küche. Das Haus selber ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man an den Fenstern ,Türen und in den Bädern !! Das Zimmer im Untergeschoß hat einen Keller Geruch. Ansonsten Punktet das Haus mit der der Lage, der Terrasse und dem Pool ! Die Auffahrt ist sehr Steil. Wir würden das weiter Empfehlen bis auf das Zimmer im Keller !!

Magnifique villa avec une vue splendide. Reste quelques choses à améliorer au vu du tarif de la villa comme mettre des stores aux chambres, rajouter des prises électriques, entretenir la terrasse extérieure et les gardes corps, revoir le studio (un peu limite).... mais je recommande cette villa et je remercie Frédéric pour son accueil et son écoute.

Tolles modernes Ferienhaus - es fehlt an nichts

Hatten das Haus für 8 Nächte an Pfingsten gebucht. Die Übergabe und die Organisation durch Frederic war perfekt. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um uns gekümmert. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und mit allen Annehmlichleiten ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung im Inserat und die Bilder spiegeln die Realität wider. Die Terrasse ist groß und der Infinity Pool und der Ausblick grandios. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
