Spacious Apartment with Two Floors and BalconiesThis comfortable holiday apartment is located on the first and second floors of a small-scale complex. The entrance is reached via the shared staircase, which also gives access to the balcony and front door.On the first floor, you will find the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and one bedroom. The living area is a pleasant place to relax and includes a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and foreign channels. Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment. Next to the sitting area, the glass sliding doors open onto one of the beautiful balconies, creating a lovely connection between indoor comfort and outdoor space.The kitchen is practical and well equipped for an easy stay. It includes a gas hob, combination microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and both filter and Nespresso coffee machines, so you can prepare breakfast, coffee or a simple meal whenever you like.The bedroom on the first floor has two single box spring beds of 80 x 200 cm. On the second floor, a small landing leads to two additional bedrooms under the sloping roof. Each of these bedrooms also has two single box spring beds of 80 x 200 cm, which can be pushed together if desired.Thanks to the practical bedroom layout, this apartment is suitable for families, couples or groups of up to six adults. The holiday home also includes one private parking space and a storage room, adding extra convenience during your stay. 

Step out and you’ll find yourself just moments from the heart of Zoutelande’s main shopping area, the Langstraat. Here, you’ll discover a range of charming boutiques, a bakery, a supermarket, and unique specialty shops—all within a few minutes' walk. The lively restaurants and inviting terraces of Zoutelande are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy a meal or drink without having to travel far.

Only 100 meters from your door lies the beach crossing along the boulevard, where you can catch glimpses of passing boats and enjoy sweeping views of the sea. Drift off to the gentle sound of the waves and let the ocean be your morning alarm—there’s no better way to start the day.




Daily arrivals are available, except Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment is due in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m.; on departure day, please vacate by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the collection location.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen—please bring your own.Bed linen and towels are typically provided; check your booking for confirmation.Overnight visitors must be registered and can stay only after approval, with additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets may be permitted, as specified in the property details. Please confirm this option and ensure your dog does not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
