Conveniently located on the corner of the first floor, this apartment offers you an oasis of peace and privacy. Without the bustle of passersby, you enjoy an unobstructed view of the church and the dunes. On the balcony, it is even pleasant on windy days thanks to the sheltered location.

Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare a delicious meal. With a modern stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster. And whether you are a Nespresso lover, swear by filter coffee, or prefer to start with a cup of tea, here you start the day right.

The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable double sofa plus an armchair, arranged by the television with extra storage space underneath. The cozy dining area, with a fixed bench and two loose chairs, is the ideal base for cozy dining or socializing into the late hours, there is room for 4 people. As you walk out of the living room, you will find through an intermediate hall the way to a world of peace: the bedroom, bathroom, and your own private sauna await you. The bedroom offers the comfort of a generous double box spring (180x210 cm) with a wonderfully comfortable top mattress, on which you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. Next to the bed, you will find handy nightstands to keep your book, phone, or glasses within reach. For your clothes, there is a spacious wardrobe with both hanging and shelving options, so you can store everything neatly and find it easily. The bedroom is completed with a charming dressing table, equipped with a mirror, where you can get ready for the day or evening in peace.

The compact bathroom is fully equipped. Start the day with an invigorating shower, or end the day with a relaxing shower. Next to the shower, you will find a toilet and a sink with ample storage space for all your bathroom necessities. A heated mirror completes the comfortable whole, so you don't have to wait to use it again after showering. As the icing on the cake, this lovely accommodation has a private sauna. A place where you can relax undisturbed and time seems to stand still. This space is all yours, to read, meditate, or enjoy the warmth of the sauna. The sauna offers options to set music and color to preference.

On the southwest-facing balcony, you sit out of the wind, feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the peace around you. With comfortable chairs to sink into and a sunshade for when you seek some shade in the summer months, this is the ideal place to completely unwind.

For babies and children up to 2 years old, there is a travel cot available in the accommodation. Your pets are also welcome. There is room for two animals to enjoy the vacation with you.

There’s plenty of space to enjoy yourself—build sandcastles with the kids, search for shells or shark teeth, take part in water sports, or simply lounge and soak up the sun. Whether you want to swim, feel the wind in your hair, or even attend a music festival, Zeeland has it all. For a unique experience, you can explore the coast by kayak, or venture out further on a motorboat or sailboat. A guided fishing trip with a skipper is another option. The Oosterschelde National Park is a world-renowned diving destination, rich in diverse marine life, while the Grevelingen is equally popular. You might even spot porpoises and seals!

As for the surroundings, the beach is just a short walk away—you can hear the waves from your doorstep! With Zeeland offering some of the highest hours of sunshine in the country, a beach holiday in Zoutelande is always a treat. The town center is also within walking distance, with a variety of restaurants, shops, souvenir stores, bike rentals, and fresh baked goods to enjoy.

 Daily arrivals are possible, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the same location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided.
