Welcome to our modern self-service accommodations! We offer a contemporary stay without a traditional reception, ensuring your check-in is smooth and simple. After booking and paying online, you can contact us in advance for access instructions. My co-hosts and I are available 24/7 for emergencies and to answer any of your questions. We’re happy to share our recommendations for the best hotspots in Zoutelande, from cozy eateries to lively bars.

You can check in between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and an emergency number is available 24/7. We speak English and, upon request, Dutch (we're still learning). While we are not a hotel, you’ll find excellent restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – the local cuisine is truly recommended! Your access is easily arranged via our digital check-in form, so you won’t need to worry about a reception or long queues. The information is required for municipal registration and tourist tax, so it’s an important step. Fill in the details immediately after your reservation, and you’ll quickly receive check-in instructions and a helpful video before your arrival.

And don’t forget, any dog fees (€15 per dog per night). This ensures everything is in order for a smooth start to your stay!

Charming Building: Our suite is located in a cozy, authentic building with a rich history. It’s not a modern new build, but a property full of character and a warm atmosphere that makes your stay special.

Paid parking is available off premises.


- Historic building: Authentic wooden floors, so some noise may be heard.
- Spacious shower: Large shower, the bathroom is slightly older but works perfectly.
- Visitors: Unregistered guests are not allowed, regular checks are conducted.
- Questions? We live nearby and are happy to help!
- Tourist tax: A separate tourist tax will be charged and must be paid before checkin.
- Dog fee: €15 per dog per night.
- Long stay: Weekly cleaning is mandatory for longer stays (small extra fee).
