Neu, sauber,gut gelegen.Kommunikation mit der Agentur:sehr sehr viele Unklarheiten,viele emails an Agentur +jeweils immer ans Hotel ,zur Klärung von Missverständnissen.Mails,die einfach so weitergeleitet wurden-auch gerne ohne eigentliche Antwort (Agentur-angabe:End-Reinigung und Bettwäsche ist vor Ort zu bezahlen.(wer bezahlt so was denn vorher).Nach einfach immer wieder angemahnter Rechnung des "Hotels"(und immer wieder die Agenturangabe;das ist erst vor Ort zu bezahlen)v i e le n mails (nein wir haben wirklich kein Haustier) war klar:wir mußten das vorher bezahlen,wenigstens um das stekum berechnete Haustier haben wir die Vorab-Rechnung- für- Endreinigung etc noch verringern können..... Ein "Hotel" bei dem die Eingangstür zum Gebäude (von der Strasse aus !)nie verschlossen war;das geht zu weit... Ein Hotel bei dem einfach niemand vor Ort ist ausser den Gästen ist schon s k u r i l.. Ein Service vor Ort :nicht vorhanden(ja ja es gab eine Notfall-Telefonnummer..) Unsere Zimmer-NR(im Gebäude auf der andren Strassenseite) habe wir nur mit viel Intuition gefunden,Da im Check-In Bereich nur der Plan des Hauptgebäudes hing... Es war trotzdem schön,aber wenn wir das alles bei Beginn der Buchung gewußt hätten hätten wir uns natürlich etwas anderes gesucht.

Schönes Ambiente in einer schönen Umgebung

es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, für mein Vorhaben ,einfach abzuschalten, war es genau richtig. dass man sich 3 Tage vorher registrieren sollte hab ich aus der E mail nicht ersehen können. aber vor dem Eingang traff ich einen Herren, der mir direkt weiter geholfen hat.
