The room was beautiful and the staff nice. The only thing is when I checked in, the young man asked for my id, and he did not return my passport. I had traveled from Puebla plus the hour trip from the ADO bus so I was exhausted and forgot to make sure I had it. No one called me to tell me my passport was left in the front.
