Villa Lav Lux comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests – 8 in four spacious ensuite bedrooms and 2 on a sofa bed in the 30m² master bedroom.

The ground floor features a bright living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom, along with a separate ensuite bedroom for two with its own private entrance.
One level below, guests can enjoy a fitness and entertainment space equipped with gym essentials, table tennis, darts, table football and a shower.

The first floor offers three spacious ensuite bedrooms, 2 guests per bedroom, each with a working desk and direct access to a large connected balcony, while the master bedroom of 30m² also includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and a private garden, with a large dining table, Gas barbecue, solar shower, and a 50m² heated infinity pool with sun loungers. Just a 5-minute walk downhill takes you to a picturesque bay filled with beaches, seaside restaurants, and a park with a children’s playground. The nearest beaches are about 500 meters away, where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas. A minimarket and bakery are located only 200 meters from the villa, while additional restaurants can be found within 500 meters. Within 1.5 km, guests will find a post office, shopping mall with a large supermarket, and a gas station.

The villa is very well connected to Dubrovnik by local bus, with a bus stop just 100 meters away and departures every 30 minutes. In addition, a pier located about 1 km away offers regular boat connections directly to Dubrovnik’s Old Town and nearby islands.
