One king bedroom has its own private entrance and ensuite bathroom, offering extra privacy. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a hallway bathroom with a washing machine. The third bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, providing comfort and a pleasant stay throughout the summer.
The 150 m² outdoor area is designed for true Mediterranean living. Enjoy the 24 m² infinity pool, sun loungers, a poolside relaxation area and a large covered terrace with outdoor seating, dining table, summer kitchen and traditional wood BBQ. From there within easy walking distance you will find all kinds of beaches, bars, restaurants, lovely children playgrounds surrounded with pine trees, as well as a small harbour where you can take a boat directy to the city of Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Lokrum and one day trips to the islands.
All kinds of sport activitiesa are available on site including water skiing, kayaking, diving, tubes, as well as renting a motor boat, jet ski and pedal boat.
We are very well connected with local bus to Dubrovnik and Cavtat (bus stop 5 minutes downhill, timetable every 30 minutes).
