Mixed bag. Excellent location. Communal hotel areas are great, as is the breakfast. Room was disapppointing. Clean but small. Bathroom clean but badly needs to be modernized. Poor quality towels, tap hanging off the basin etc.

This was a fabulous boutique hotel. We will definitely be going back and recommending it to our friends. We loved everything about it, the location, the food, the friendly staff, and the big room with two bathrooms.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. The longes were a nice way to relax outside of the room and we used them several times to unwind after a long day of walking. We reserved a family room for us and our 2 adult children trying to save some money because Switzerland is so expensive! I would not recommend a family room. The king bed provided was perfect but the pull out double couch was literally painful to sleep on. I had read that in previous comments but thought ‘how bad could it be’…now I know. The pillows also felt as though they had 3 feathers each in them - plumper pillows needed. Otherwise we loved the location and the quality of the hotel. The bath in our room could do with being updated and perhaps hair conditioner provided in the shower would be nice

I loved this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights on our first trip to Switzerland. It was central to everything we wanted to do and see. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable as well. The breakfast was great and fully stocked. I would stay here again!

Photos from Expedia were misleading. Room wasn’t super clean, in fact we requested they remove a rug from our rooms since it had bad smell. The bathroom was closer to a closet, the shower door was split into 2 so it could open. They breakfast was included within our rate, though it was only fair. If kids wanted pancakes, extra 9 SF. Fried egg was extra charge… lastly, uber can’t pick up at hotel. Location & view was good.
