The reception people were great. Lobby area is bright and cheerful, a good place to hang out and enjoy a coffee while waiting for my friend. The capsule was not for the claustrophobic, but I found it cozy and starched white clean. Despite the walls being thin, guests were extremely curteous about being quiet.

A unique experience but no check in until 2 pm, strictly enforced. My flight arrived early so I was waiting in the lobby for a long time. Also locks to enter both the designated area and the actual capsule were hard to work. I did sleep for about 5 hours before my next flight and the shower and bath area are well maintained.
