Cozy Studio for 3 with Roof terrace!

Our comfortable Studio is on the 4th floor of a building located in a central, residential area of Zürich. If you are travelling alone, or in a small group of up to 3 people, be it for either leisure or business, we’d be happy to host you!
Located on the 4th floor of the building, with no elevator.
Our Studio is discrete and well protected from outside noises.
The common room is spacious enough for you to feel at home and relax after a long day of visiting Zurich and its surroundings.
The studio has access to a private rooftop terrace shared with another loft, overlooking Zurich.
The building itself is centrally located in a residential area and is served with direct connections to the main station, the lake and others points of interest.
Our home is your home. During your stay, our entire studio is for your use.
We will do our best to make you feel home and comfortable. We constantly undertake a large effort in providing our guests with everything they need during their stay in Zürich. If anything extra arises or you have any question, we are one phone call away to help you out.
We have a very flexible check-in procedure. Our standard check-in time is after 16.00 on the arrival day. We provide you with the option to check-in using a safebox at the entrance of the building so that you can check-in whenever you arrive on that day.

Check-out time is at 11.00 on the departure day.

We should also mention that there is no elevator in the house. Since the apartment is on the fourth (last) floor, you’ll have to walk up to reach the studio. The stairs aren't steep, but we prefer you to be aware of this beforehand :)
Also, the low ceiling could be a challenge for persons taller than 180cm, mostly at the shower where is the lower part.
This is a Swiss construction with Swiss outlets. Maybe is better you bring your adapter.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
