It was so much more than we expected. Very convenient to the airport. There was a great bar and restaurant so we didn't have to go out to find a place to eat. And all of the staff was kind and helpful

We arrived in Zurich before our check in time. The hotel stored our luggage safely! When we returned that evening to check in to our room, we were told that the room had two separate twin beds. They asked if we would like for housekeeping to come make them up together. Housekeeping arrived very promptly and made up our bed for us! They also provided us with an electric kettle that worked when I mentioned ours was not working! The next morning, we caught the shuttle to the airport with no problem. There was a small fee per person for the shuttle. The only difficulty we had was working the thermostat. It got quite warm in our room overnight. We finally just turned it off and were comfortable.

Wonderful staff. Room was nice and clean. Glad I had taken my own shampoo and conditioner. They have one soap for body, shampoo and conditioner. Easy to find and park. We stayed three days .
